The Natural Reserve of St. Bartholomew is managed by the GRENAT association, a nonprofit association.
Team meets regularly to discuss common matters. Board of Directors determine most important decisions. An Advisory Committee composed of all marine environment stakeholders meets once a year to express an opinion on desirable changes in the management of the Nature Reserve.
The team of employees, including the conservative Francianne Gréaux Le Quellec, are there to implement the daily management. A management plan is drawn up every five years. It must be approved by the Board of Directors and by the Territorial Council of the Community of St. Bartholomew before being implemented by the team. This document defines guidelines and evaluates the work of previous years.
